Instructions for the use of feeding tower in chicken farms

One. The use of the material line

 Notes before the first run:

1. Check the straightness of the PVC conveying pipe, whether there is a jamming phenomenon, whether the joints of the conveying pipe, suspension supports and other parts are firmly installed, and check whether the joints of the outdoor material line are sealed;

2. Start the horizontal inclined feeding motor and pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor (the clockwise selection is observed at the cooling fan of the motor);

3.Closing the feeding opening of the material tower and allowing the material line to run for 2-3 minutes can remove the burrs on the auger or on the nozzle. It is normal for the auger to directly rub against the pipeline when the empty material line is running.

Two. Matters needing attention:

 1. It is forbidden to run the material line idling for a long time to avoid accelerating the wear of various parts.

 2. It is strictly forbidden to put fixed substances with a length and diameter of more than 2CM into the material line to avoid damaging the auger or even burning the motor.

 3. The feeding tower in use must be emptied once a week (a rubber hammer can be used to hit the bottom of the feeding tower) to prevent the feed from agglomerating inside the feeding tower and causing mildew to affect the health of the chickens.

 4. When the chicken coop is empty, the feeding tower, feeding line and hopper are kept empty.

 When using the feed truck to transport the feed to the feed tower, pay attention that the feed tube of the feed truck cannot be in contact with the silo body, so as not to affect the sealing of the silo and possibly damage the feed tower for a long time.

 Three, maintenance and maintenance:

1. Pay attention to checking the sealing condition of the material tower every time the material tower is emptied, especially in the rainy season.

2. Regularly check the operation of the bearings of the transmission part and add butter in time.

3. After each batch of chickens are released, remove the auger flange and clean the dust in the shaft. Check whether the gasket is worn or not. If there is any problem, replace it in time (when disassembling and assembling the auger, pay attention to the rebound of the auger to cause a safety accident).

4. Check the tension of the auger and adjust it in time.

 When repairing the auger, do personal protection. After intercepting the auger, pay attention to the chamfering of the front end of the auger. The distance between the overlapping lines of the welding auger is not less than 20CM. After welding, the welding point must be polished to avoid abrasion of the material tube. Equipment electrical damage is inevitable, in order not to affect the normal operation of the equipment, a feeder tower can be spared.
